We all know when we become part of success team feel like we have the ability to accomplish everything.
In each team the most important component is having clear purpose goal. Think if team doesn’t have clear goals it will be difficult to:
• Value progress that have made
• Determined wether the team is on the right track or have gone off track
• Identified things to chance if going wrong
Most people understand the importance of goals, to achieve it in practice is harder than it sound. A good indicator that team is going in the right track is when each member were able to define their desired achievement.
A good example of the contrarily is when team has falling apart like the lack efficiency, improve involving, reducing customer satisfied or none longer productive.
So how can you get a crystal clear purpose for your team?
Make time to determine your goals
It seems obvious, but how often it done in practice. The possibility team being build of is to handle problem or using opportunity. What is the problem or the opportunity? Answering this question will get you off to a flying start in having a clear purpose.
Check for agreement
You might think you have crystal goal if you are the leader. But other member might have different angle of view. Ask their individual goals then combined with yours so you can make the same understanding and goals for the team desired
Keep it simple
It is really easy to become over elaborate and make things more complicated than necessary. Generally simpler is better. For example, 98% of employees paid correctly are simple and crystal clear as a purpose.
