Due to the recent explosion in business, my company needed to upgrade our phone system office. We have a very good system in place already, but our business has increase significantly. Because we rely on orders by phone for most of our sales, we need to upgrade to balance things down. We are fortunate to have a great relationship with our network provider, for a few days, I managed to have a new system that is ready in place. It’s not often that we experiencing situations like this, but when it come, it is important to know that the company have choose to do business to fulfill your needs on time.

I knew from day to day, thousands of dollars were lost and this is something I could not afford to happen. The whole situation makes me think about the importance of knowing a quality provider you can get the products you need when you need it.
I immediately started to look at other areas where we are dependent on other companies for goods and services to see whether we are using a provider that can facilitate the change in our business in developing. After considering and calculating the cost and need, we decided to switch providers and shipping operators to switch our call center. This does not mean that our needs are not fulfill then, but if business continue to evolve, we may exceed our current capacity to provide services. Being proactive in business relationships is as important as a proactive about your business. In addition, most companies rely on other companies to make their operations run smoothly.
